When you order from us for delivery within Australia, your order will ship from our distribution centre in NSW.

RETURNS
If you have ordered and realise you have the wrong size/product, you will need to return it within 10 working days. Please make another Order for the correct product and once we receive your return, we will refund you for the original PRODUCT COST.
Please note, we return our products into stock to be re-sold, all products returned must be unopened and in saleable condition with no units missing to be eligible for any credit. For any products that have been opened, this will incur a re-packaging fee of $10 that will be deducted from your credit.
Any returns due to incorrect details and/or change of mind are subject to handling and restocking fees and the original shipping cost deducted from any credit. For our compostable range, due to these being a compostable product we do not accept any returns outside of the 10 days under any circumstances. As we return our products into stock to be re-sold, all products returned must be in saleable condition with no units missing to be eligible for any credit.
For any faulty products we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
